1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Lnked mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Lnked is a mobile-first property management CRM designed for small landlords and property managers. The Service provides tools for rent collection, maintenance tracking, tenant communication, expense management, and financial reporting. Lnked is available on iOS and Android platforms.
3. User Accounts
To use Lnked, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of Lnked, you agree to:
- Provide accurate property, tenant, and financial information
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
- Not use the Service for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose
- Respect the privacy and rights of tenants, owners, and other users
5. Payment Terms
Lnked facilitates rent and other payments between property managers and tenants through Stripe Connect. By using our payment features, you agree that:
- All payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's Terms of Service
- Property managers must complete Stripe onboarding to receive payments
- Lnked is not responsible for payment disputes between property managers and tenants
- Transaction fees may apply as determined by Stripe
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use Lnked to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise system security
- Violate fair housing laws or engage in discriminatory practices
- Misrepresent your identity or relationship to a property
- Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Lnked application, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lnked and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using Lnked, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lnked and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Any damages arising from payment disputes between users
- Service interruptions, errors, or data loss
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to other users or the Service.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
